AGENDA ITEM #5 DISCUSSION AND APPROVAL OF STAFF REPORTS:
Financial Updates
Motion was made by Rivers and seconded by Mashburn to approve all Staff Reports.

AGENDA ITEM #6 UPDATE ON CRAZY HORSE.
Not in business. Making payments of $25 a month.
AGENDA ITEM #7 UPDATE ON WILLIE V’S.
Up to date on payments and still in business.
AGENDA ITEM #8 UPDATE ON BACKROADS BISTRO.
Up to date on payments. Will have to look at the guidelines to see if they are considered in business or not.
AGENDA ITEM #9 UPDATE ON BEE HAPPY BAKED GOODS
Not open yet – were expected to open Jan 3 but have ran into a few things that have delayed the process. They will begin making their payments April 1, 2020.
AGENDA ITEM #10 MEMBER COMMENTS
McCormick would like a list of all tax payers from comptroller’s office.
