The City of Rising Star offers online bill pay, credit card and debit card platform. This will allow customers to pay their City of Rising Star Utility bills and Municipal Court citations online.
A service fee will be charges for all credit and debit card transactions and it is set by the provider of the service:
The fee, when paying Utility bills will be 3.5% with a $.95 minimum.
The Municipal Court fee is 6.5% with a minimum of $3.95.

This service was started on July 1, 2021. The city continues to accept payments by check, cash, credit card or money order at City Hall.
