Motion was made by Rivers and seconded by Harrelson to approve Minutes for Regular Meeting, September 10, 2019.

AGENDA ITEM #5 DISCUSSION AND APPROVAL OF STAFF REPORTS:
Financial Updates
Motion was made by Harrelson and seconded by Morris to approve all Staff Reports.
Motion Carried 4-0
AGENDA ITEM #6 DISCUSSION WITH POSSIBLE APPROVAL OF PROPOSED BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2019-2020.
Motion was made by Agnew and seconded by Rivers to approve Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2019
2020.

AGENDA ITEM #7 BEE HAPPY BAKERY: ISSUE CHECK AND SIGN CONTRACT.
Contract was signed and check handed over to Joseph and Kayla Brown on behalf of Bee Happy Bakery.
AGENDA ITEM #8 DISCUSSION WITH POSSIBLE APPROVAL OF THE RSEDC PURCHASING OUTDOOR COMMERCIAL CHRISTMAS LIGHTS FOR THE DOWNTOWN BUSINESSES.
