Three roll-offs will be located at the City yard on East Pioneer Street across from Rising Star Cemetery.

Gates will open at 8 am to 5 pm. Gates will close when roll-offs are full. There will be a City employee on site to help unload items.

Cleaning of property will reduce vandalism and prevent fires. Lots that are cluttered with debris are also a health and safety hazard.

Once you have your property cleaned and looking good, ask your neighbor if you could help them. If we all work together, Rising Star will stay a beautiful place.

If you are elderly or disabled and need assistance on items you need to go to roll­ offs, please call City Hall at 254-643-4261, and have your name added to the list, at that time the City will determine your eligibility. Items will need to be curb side. The City will pick up your items between the hours of 9:00 am and 11:00 am only. For any questions, please call 254-643-4261.
