Calling for a General Election to elect four members to the City Council and one Mayor

  2. DISCUSSION WITH POSSIBLE APPROVAL OF THE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENTS CONSIDERATION REGARDING A LOAN/GRANT TO MIKE FRALEY.
