5. Discuss and Consider with possible action on selection of additional members for the Board of Directors of the Municipal Development District.
6. Adjourn.

I, the undersigned authority, do hereby certify that the above notice of meeting of the Municipal Development District of the City of Rising Star, Texas, is a true and correct copy of said notice on the information board at the City Hall of the City of Rising Star, Texas, a place convenient and readily available to the general public at all times, and notice was posted by 6:30 p.m., November 1, 2013, and remained posted for 72 hours preceding the scheduled time of the meeting.
